Situation

EDUpolicy LAB was a public visual identity design contest for design students. Some requirements and criteria of a final solution was a high level of communicativeness, professional look, flexibility for various media applications, uniqueness, innovativeness, and visual representativeness of EDUpolicy LAB project goals.

Solution

Visual identity is contained of 3 elements that visually allude to the academic community and culture of learning. These elements are student cap, open book, and pillars from Athens Academy. Top part of the logo is a simplified shape of a student hat. The same top part also contains an open book. Finally, as the base that holds other elements are 3 pillars of Athens Academy.
